Returns & Refund Policy
We carefully pack and ship high-quality books, homeopathy, and Ayurveda products from India to your door overseas. To keep costs low for everyone (shipping alone often exceeds product price due to international rates), we have a simple no-return policy for most items—please choose thoughtfully before ordering.
When we accept returns (limited cases only):
Damaged on arrival, wrong item sent, or manufacturing defect (with photos as proof).
Must notify us within 7 days of delivery; unopened seals for health products.
No returns/refunds for:
Change of mind, "not liked," size/color mismatch (check descriptions/images first).
Opened health products (hygiene/safety rules).
Shipping/customs fees, restocking, or return shipping costs.
How it works:
Email us with order #, issue details, and clear photos within 7 days.
If approved, we'll issue store credit or refund (minus all fees) within 10 days after item returns to India. You pay return shipping.
Cancellations: Free before shipping (within 24 hours of order). After that, treat as return.
We stand by product quality—contact us pre-purchase for advice. This policy complies with international e-commerce norms while covering our high overseas shipping costs.
